How do I use the Anti-Aging Collagen Complex?
Based on our own experience and feedback from our customers, we recommend mixing this supplement with flavored drinks such as fruit juice, smoothies or breakfast cereals. This advice is based solely on the natural smell and taste of the ingredients, and does not affect the efficacy of the supplement.
For those who prefer a flavor, we also offer a lemon variant. This is easy to mix with 250ml of water for a refreshing experience.
It is individually packed and therefore very easy to use. Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or 2 hours after the last meal for maximum absorption.
We recommend using one stick per day. After a period of 3 months you can reduce this (if desired) to one stick every other day as a maintenance dose.

VERISOL® was developed by the German manufacturer GELITA. It is a hydrolysed type 1 collagen made from natural bioactive collagen peptides that have been specially developed to care for and rejuvenate the skin from within.
The quality of collagen depends on its average molecular size. Hydrolysed collagen consists of very small, low-molecular-weight peptides. The average molecular size of a collagen peptide is between 3,000 and 5,000 Dalton.
The molecular size of VERISOL® collagen peptides is 2,000 Dalton. This means they have been made even smaller. Thanks to this low molecular weight, they are easy to digest and are more easily absorbed and distributed throughout the body.
For which age is it suitable
From the age of 25, the production of collagen in your body can already decrease, around this age we recommend using collagen as a supplement to your daily diet. It's never too late to start doing this. Even at a later age, for example from 65+, you can still use it!
