RevitalTrax Mini Countryman Give Away - Action Terms and Conditions

1. General

  • 1.1. These Action Terms and Conditions apply to the RevitalTrax Mini Countryman Give Away (hereinafter: the 'Action'), organized by RevitalTrax International B.V. with its registered office at Minervum 7030, 4718 ZL, Breda, The Netherlands (hereinafter: 'RevitalTrax').
  • 1.2. Participation in the Action implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Participation Period & Prizes

  • 2.1. The Action runs from October 31, 2025, at 12:00 PM (CET) until December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CET).
  • 2.2. The prizes in the Action consist of: * Grand Prize: One (1) second-hand Mini Countryman, model year 2020 and approx. 51k km, with an estimated value of €25,000 (hereinafter: the 'Car'). * Second Prizes (10x): One year's supply of Collagen Complex (12 packages) with a value of €399.80 per prize. * Third Prizes (10x): A Complete Beauty Ritual with a value of €300 per prize.
  • 2.3. The prizes are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash, services, or other products. RevitalTrax will remit the required gambling tax (kansspelbelasting) on the prizes.

3. Eligibility Criteria and Chances of Winning

  • 3.1. Participation is open to everyone, regardless of age or place of residence. Participants who do not reside in the Netherlands and win the Car are solely responsible for any import, export, and registration costs.
  • 3.2. Participation is linked to a purchase in the RevitalTrax webshop: * Every Order above €75: Gives the participant one (1) chance to win in the lottery. This applies per unique order, not cumulatively based on the total spending value. * Referral: For every customer who makes a purchase through the referral system, the referrer receives one (1) extra chance to win.
  • 3.3. Exclusion upon Return: If the purchase that generated the chance to win is returned (in whole or in part) and the purchase amount consequently falls below €75, the corresponding chance to win will be declared invalid. This also applies if the draw has already taken place.

4. Draw and Announcement

  • 4.1. The draw for all prizes will take place on January 6, 2026, under the supervision of a notary or an independent automated drawing procedure.
  • 4.2. Winners will be notified personally via email or telephone, no later than 7 days after the draw.
  • 4.3. The drawn winners have seven (7) days to respond to the notification and accept the prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
  • 4.4. Transparency: With the explicit consent of the winners, RevitalTrax will share the initials and a photo of the winners on its website and social media.

5. Transfer of the Car (Grand Prize)

  • 5.1. Driving License: The winner does not need to possess a valid driving license to win the Car.
  • 5.2. Transfer Procedure: The winner can have the Car registered in their own name or in the name of a family member/partner.
  • 5.3. Sale: If the winner does not want or cannot use the Car, the winner is entitled to sell the Car. The sale shall be exclusively under the responsibility and risk of the winner, and RevitalTrax is not a party to this.
  • 5.4. Costs after Transfer: All costs arising from the ownership of the Car, including but not limited to insurance, road tax, periodic vehicle inspection (APK/MOT), and maintenance, are the responsibility of the winner after the official transfer.

6. Exclusions and Liability

  • 6.1. Employees of RevitalTrax are excluded from participation.
  • 6.2. RevitalTrax is not liable for any damage, injury, or costs arising from participation in the Action or the use of the prizes won (including the Car).
  • 6.3. RevitalTrax reserves the right to terminate the Action or modify the Action Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice, should circumstances require it.

7. Final Provisions

  • 7.1. These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
